Deposits and withdrawals on 299vet can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a set bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the specified rollover requirements must be met.
• Reload Bonus: Regular members may receive a reload bonus each week, awarded based on their weekly deposit amount.
• Cashback Offer: Under certain conditions, a portion of losing bets may be returned as cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus.

Important Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Each bonus may only be used once and cannot be claimed multiple times
• Bets placed with bonus funds and bets placed with real funds are tracked separately

All members must strictly follow the rules below when placing bets on 299vet. These rules apply equally to every member.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the live betting cash-out feature is available.
• Odds Changes: Bets will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Any subsequent odds changes will not apply.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, stakes placed on that bet will be refunded.
• Match Fixing: If any match fixing or unethical conduct is involved, 299vet reserves the right to void the bet and close the account.
• System Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 299vet reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Special rules apply to Live Betting. Odds change rapidly during live matches. 299vet ensures that all live odds are updated in real time with no artificial delays.

299vet places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe betting is a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income.

We have the following protections in place for our members:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time
• Reality Check: You will receive notifications about how long you have been playing
• Account cooling-off: You may temporarily suspend your account for 24 to 72 hours

• Threatening or harassing other members or 299vet staff
